Coromandel Cares
Coromandel Cares aims to empower individuals to 
make positive changes in their homes to achieve a 
greener and more ecologically sustainable 
community. 
They strive to 
make cities more environmentally friendly. 
Urban landscapes are losing their green cover at an 
alarming rate. The plantable seed bombs provide 
a chance to re-green urban spaces.
TOMS Shoes
Touched by witnessing the hardships of Argentinian 
children having to grow up without shoes, Mycoskie 
launched TOMS with a simple idea - to match every 
pair of shoes sold with a new pair for a child in need. 
Since its launch, TOMS has given 60 million shoes to 
children.
XEROX
The XCIP is the company’s longest-running program 
of its kind and it takes a local approach to CSR.
Xerox uses this initiative to fund employees in their 
local communities to make a difference on projects 
of their choosing.
Juntos 
Juntos' initiative is based on a similar principle as 
TOMS - for every pair of shoes sold, the company 
donates a backpack filled with school supplies to a 
child in Ecuador.
Levi Straus
Levi Strauss & Co.'s Worker Well-being (WWB) 
program aims to improve the lives of those who 
make their products around the world. 
Instead of forcing new initiatives on employees, 
Levi’s focuses on empowering the workers.
