What Is The Election Launch Process Through Online Voting Platform
                     What Is The Election Launch
Process Through Online
Voting Platform?
Online voting is an amazingly smooth way to conduct elections in a small
organization or a large public entity. It is not only efficient, but it also
keeps the whole procedure secure and fair. When all the participants are
ready to vote for the elections, the  online voting platform   may be started
after the election administrator initiates the voting.
What Is The Election Launch Process?
The elections can be launched when they meet all the requirements. After
the requirements are met, the administrator who is looking after the
elections confirms that the ballot is set up with utmost perfection. They
need to check the ballot for any mistakes because there can be no
modification after the election has been launched.
The ballot screen must have a question with more than one option. The
election process can only start when there are a minimum number of
voters. After the election administrator confirms the ballot and agrees to
the terms of service, the payment is done based on their pricing model. It
completes the election launch process. And it is good to mention that
there are no refunds in case of mistakes on the election administrator’s
end.

How Are Votes Counted And Results Announced Through Online
Voting?

The result of an e-voting platform is a clean and easy-to-use voter
interface. It is a speedy voting system where the results are declared
without wasting unnecessary hours counting ballots. The prompt results
make online voting a must for university elections, corporations, banks,
unions, or housing society elections. Online voting platforms for RWAs
have always been one of the best ways to conduct elections and get
results within a few hours.
1. Every voter has a unique ID and a voter key that allows each
candidate to vote once. In cases where a person owns more than
one flat, there is a feature called "proxy,” where the person can
vote for both votes separately.
2. A personal invitation that includes SMS, Whatsapp, or email is sent
to the voter on his mobile screen. Thus, the voter will need to open
the link and vote when he or she is comfortable. This helps them to
get the link for the poll easily and makes sure that there are no junk
polls accessible to the voter.
3. When the person has voted for the candidate in online polling, there
is a feature that allows them to change their vote anytime before
the poll duration is over.
4. After the poll is over, there is no need for a physical counting of the
votes. So, without any manual interference, the results are out only
after the poll closes. The results may be visible to all the candidates
who have participated in the elections and voted their precious
votes through mobile phones or laptops. So, the conclusion of the
poll is the right time for vote counting and result declaration.
In Conclusion
A traditional physical voting system can be transformed into online
polling. The website, Pollbag Com has complete information about the
app-based voting system, and it is the most used online voting
platform for RWAs.
