entrepreneurs from UC Berkeley and Cornell University with deep 
experience in healthcare analytics and operations.
• We love our healthcare system and want nothing more than to free 
our healthcare providers from the mundane and the cumbersome 
aspects of their work, so they can in turn give their best to their

Advanced Machine Learning
• Machine learning is a process by which models or algorithms are used to derive 
patterns from massive data sets in order to predict outcomes based on new data 
inputs. 
• The accumulation of more data, processing power, and storage capabilities have 
generated a revolution in machine learning, which is used today to power some of 
the most amazing technologies including self-driving cars.
• Diagnoss is using machine learning to drive its predictive healthcare analytics 
engine. Our first application uses artificial intelligence to reduce errors in medical 
coding. 
• Our engine has been trained to accurately predict and suggest ICD-10 diagnosis 
codes as well as CPT codes, based on the the text, images, reports, results 
generated from the patient encounter alone.
Data Driven Care
• The spectrum of patient care is broad and includes everything from patient 
diagnosis to revenue cycle management.
•  At each point in this continuum, medical providers are better equipped to 
make the right decisions for their patients when they have quality 
information that is quickly comprehensible and actionable.
• Diagnoss aims to deliver pertinent medical information in real time, to the 
right person, at the right time, at every point of the spectrum. Diagnoss has 
accumulated anonymized and randomized data sets to train its models and 
has begun using its models to deliver accurate ICD-10 codes. 
• The accurate documentation of ICD-10 codes is an over-looked task with 
heavy consequences down the road if not executed correctly.
