• ¼ cup, Water kefir grains
• 6 cups, Fresh Coconut Water
• ½ or 1 Cup, Lemon or Orange Juice
Add water, kefir grains and coconut water into a container. Let it settle and leave it for 48
hours at room temperature for fermentation. Now remove the seeds and add the juice of
choice. Let it rest again for 48 hours in the refrigerator.
