WHAT IS SUBJECTIVE ASSESMENT
Subjective assessment is a form of questioning which 
may have more than one correct answer (or more than 
one way of expressing the correct answer).
A Subjective Test compromises of a set of Questions 
wherein a candidate is expected to explain and showcase 
his understanding of a Subject with the expression of 
words in writtern format. 
The Subjective Assesment identifies the candiates' 
knowledge and the ability to express that knowledge.
We  have understood the gap between the Subjective 
Assesment and the Digital Platforms which are 
currently not capable of handling subjective tests 
online and have put forward a Proposed Solution to 
bridge this gap.
How to conduct Subjective Test Online
We envision to develop a online solution to conduct 
Subjective Assessment as a one stop solution 
1 Student Portal For The Student will be able to login and 
Attempt the Subjective Test. The Student will be able to upload 
his/her scanned Answer Sheet against the Test Questions or can 
also click an image from mobile app and upload via the Mobile App 
provided.

Teacher Portal For The Teacher to check the 
Student Answer Sheets. The Teacher will be able to give 
marks and remarks to the student .

Result and Analysis As soon as the Answer 
Sheet is checked by the teacher, the result and analysis 
of the test will be available to the student in his portal. 
How to conduct Subjective Test Online in the Current System
Process Flow to be Followed for Running the Subjective Test. 
The Process has been defined into simple 6 steps.
Step 1 : Student Registration via desktop application or Android / IOS 
App 
Step 2 : Click on Take test to start the Subjective test .
Step 3 : Student Attempts the Tests
Step 4 :  Student uploads the Answer Sheet via Camera : A Click of a 
Button 
Step 5 : Answer Sheet is checked by the Teacher online.
Step 6 : Student gets his Report Card on his Panel itself with Complete 
SWOT analysis { Strength , weakness , opportunities and threats } 
STEP 1 
Through Desktop application Through Mobile App: 
The Student will login via any School / College / Institute Panel . The Student can download the Android or IOS app from the 
Store  and Register him/her self for the Subjective Assessment.
The  Institute Representative will enroll the Student on the 
ONLINE Portal .
STEP 2
Through Desktop Application Through Mobile App: 
The Paper will be uploaded in Student Portal and The Student can attempt the subjective test on 
assigned to   students of that Batch / Class / the Mobile App.

STEP 3 and STEP 4
Through Desktop Application Through Mobile App: 
In this COVID 19 Pandemic the Student can attempt the 
Test at Home.  Once the student has completed  his/her The Student can attempt the Test on the Mobile 
test , the student will go to submit the test by uploading App.  The student will get an option to click the 
his answer sheet . image of his answer and upload it directly in the 
App.
The faculty / teacher will check the Student’s Answer 
sheets in the students online account by Bulk 
downloading n likewise updating remarks n marks for 
each student .
STEP 5
Online Checking Done  by the Teacher: Offline Checking Done  by the Teacher: 
The Teacher will have an online login , where in he/she The Teacher can alternatively download the Student's Answer 
can see the students Answer sheet and evaluate it Sheet and check it offline. Once the checking is done the 
online. Teacher can scan the checked copy and upload online , from 
the online account .
STEP 6
Result and Analysis of Subjective Test : 
 As soon as the Answer Sheet is checked by the 
Teacher , the student will be able to see the result 
in the Online Account  or the Mobile App. 
The Reports can be bifurcated topic wise and 
Question with marks and Remarks against each 
question where student can even see Checked files 
uploaded by faculties / teachers with all remarks .
