1 . Night Sweats, Chills, Fevers
Fevers are a common sign of leukemia in adults. This 
can be mistakenly thought to be a flu symptom. It's

2. Petechiae
Petechiae refers to tiny, red spots on the skin. These 
small, round spots are caused by bleeding under the

might also experience swelling on the left side of their 
abdomen due to abnormal blood cells 
that have built up in the liver and spleen.
8. Additional Symptoms
Adults can also experience headaches, shortness of 
breath, abdominal discomfort, or other symptoms.
