increased tremendously in a very short span of time.
Fine! the loan rates for builders are decreased now but what about 
the price that has standardized and is not willing to go down now?
There is continuous need of construction of low budget houses in 
India. We can also utilize the land connecting between the cities 
which are left abandoned. Also, there is a very high concentration 
of population in the metropolitan cities. People leave there villages 
and come to cities in the search of opportunity. This also has led to 
the problem of increasing demand of houses.
