What is Compressor Controller ?
Compressor Controller is a mechanical device that 
compresses gases. An HVAC Compressor is a refrigerant gas 
pump in which it takes gaseous refrigerant at a low pressure 
from evaporator and increases it to a greater pressure and 
supplies to condenser coil. In this process the temperature 
and pressure of the vapour refrigerant are increased. The 
pressure and temperature depends upon type of refrigerant.

What is an air compressor 
controller ?
 Air Compressor is a machine which compresses the air and 
raises its pressure.
 It sucks the air from the surrounding atmosphere, compresses it, 
and deliver it to a storage tank under high pressure.
 From the storage vessel, it may be conveyed by the pipeline to a 
place where the supply of compressed air is needed.
 Since compression of air required some work to be done on it, 
the compressor must be driven by some prime mover.

Applications of air compressors
1.  To drive air motors in coal mine and jet engine.
2.  To supply air blast in Bessemer converter and blast furnace.
3.  To operate poeumatic drill, hammer, riveters, paint spraying, sand 
     
      blaster.
4.  To operate air brake for locomotive and railway carriages.
5.  Used for supercharging of IC Engines.  
6.  To clean machines and floor.
7.  To cool large buildings and air crafts.
