Memorize Purchase Invoice
It is a new features which is added in newly Sage 50 2021. With the help 
of this features completed and partial payments can be remembered and 
later on it can be recalled or edit which saves the time and makes the 
data entry more accurate.
Improved Gmail Integration
To meet the new Google new security standards, this feature has been 
added in Sage 50 2021. This feature helps to improve convenience and 
security. As soon Sage 50 is authorized in Gmail , you don't have to enter 
Gmail password every time before sending email from Sage 50.

Improved Visibility of Item ID or Job 
ID in transaction Window
In the transaction Window having Job and Item field, now  using this feature when 
you take over the mouse to the field to you can see the complete Job ID or Item ID. 
Ship to Name for Customer List
Ship to Name option is now available which can be added as column in sales order list, 
sales invoices list and Proposal list. This option is also now available on Customer 
Management tab for sales invoice, Quotes, Item sales history  by customer & Proposals. 
This features helps to make easy to filter the group invoices, order , proposals by Ship to 
Name.

AutoEntry.com Integration
In Sage 50 Quantum who uses the Workflow process features, can 
see tracking details ( Tracking Status, “Assigned To”, and Tracking 
Note ) available columns in Quotes list and proposal list. 
Better Access to Workflow 
Tracking Details
This feature is cloud based feature which skip the manual data entry of purchase 
invoice. This feature first analyze the scanned and digital invoices and then enters the 
same to your Sage 50 company using an integration service which continuously run in the 
background. Invoices can be captures either in summary or with line item details..

Now users can see the message from Sage in individual message box or 
call outs on the side of the program. This feature avoid the interruption of 
both window and can be easily accessed. With this feature you can see 
the coming message while working without leaving work.
Network Installation Now Allows UNC path
Now for your shared data path users can select a UNC path instead 
of mapped drive letter. Don't worry  existing configuration will be 
saved while upgrading.
