When an individual depends just on academic qualifications and considers
the knowledge gained in a classroom as comprehensive, they are in a
disadvantageous position. This is in terms of securing employment. These
candidates do not possess the practical skills essential for solving real-life

Academic courses usually have a rigid coursework in which the major
emphasis is on teaching theoretical concepts to students. These courses,

discipline could be knowledgeable about all the key concepts. But they may

of future savings - sometimes a decade or more; The courses also consume
a lot of time leaving little time for practical knowledge. Even after all that,
these courses normally do not assure students of immediate placements at
decent compensation. Neither do these courses guarantee that the
candidates are equipped with the majority of the skills needed to take up a
job.
It’s clear that students who simultaneously acquire practical skills while
pursuing academic courses are more likely to have a prosperous career.
Hence, these young individuals are advised to plan accordingly so that they
are not left behind on the competitive job market landscape.
