•People equipped with these skills have two options. They can 
either choose self-employment or get employed in 
organizations/companies. Whatever the option selected, 
individuals having these abilities can have an accomplished 
professional life.
•There are two elements in all types of vocational training – the 
theoretical part taught in the classroom, and practical work on 
the site. It’s during the on-site sessions that the pupils can 
improve their vocational skills to a significant extent.
•In age-old times, the areas of study and art forms also included vocational skills.
•In those days, undergoing vocational training was especially useful to those 
pupils, who were not inclined towards scholastic-related studies. Sculpture, 
pottery, carpentry, and weaving were a few forms of vocational education that 
were imparted to interested aspirants.
Before the advent of modern mass manufacturing, most of the manufacturing 
was done by craftsmen. Their work was used to achieve the same effect as acts 
of magic. The works of craftsmen made the general population wonder in 
amazement at the various works of art and craft. No wonder, in ancient days the 
craftsmen were considered as magicians because they would make things that 
were impossible possible in the real world.
