the most beautiful, natural, healthy trout you can find.

As growing trout is our passion, Cove River Ranch maintains and 
oversees its own hatchery, raceway, grow out lakes and river to 
ensure the highest quality trout available. The ranch is proudly 
producing over 100,000 pounds of trout annually with room to 
grow.
Cold Water Fish
The waters naturally maintain 52 degrees fahrenheit year-round 
lending to our unfailing history of hearty, natural fish.
Quality Over Quantity
We have the capacity to maintain more than double the fish 
currently being raised but to do so would mean sacrifice 
elsewhere. At Cove River Ranch we value our product, 
customers, and employees more than our bottom line.
Why Us?
We buy our certified, disease-free eggs from Trout Lodge in Washington 
State, the largest producer of eyed trout eggs in the world. We hatch 1.2 
million eggs annually and never add chemicals to our waters.
Our hatchery sits at the head of 6 pristine clear water springs that provide 
constant 52 degree water year around. With no upstream pollution or 
pesticides, these clear springs have been growing beautiful trout since 
1910.
Cove River Ranch is the largest privately owned and operated hatchery 
in Utah.
