need to hire this essential vendor yourself.
There are a few things you need to do when chatting with
prospective wedding catering Surrey companies. Here, we

Are You Available on Our
Wedding Date?
The most obvious question to ask any
potential caterer, ensuring we’re
guaranteed to be available on your
chosen date will avoid disappointment
later down the line.
Will You Be Catering Any Other Weddings on the Day?
Ideally, you’ll be the only wedding being catered for on your big day. Make
sure you know who will be present on the day so you’re all aware of what’s
expected.
What's Your Set-Up?
We usually set up outside under our plain black gazebo (3m x
3m). Level ground is best. We'll also bring a couple of tables to
serve from, and can supply biodegradable food boxes, wooden
forks and napkins free of charge
How Far Do You Travel For A Wedding?
We travel within 15 miles of Brighton free of charge. We charge
£40/hr for travel for events further away.
Do You Offer Tastings?
Yes, we host these in the autumn in Brighton. We charge £25pp
for tastings, but refund this if you decide to book us.
What is the Deposit Amount?
We ask for a 20% deposit of catering costs to
confirm your booking. The balance is payable 1
month before your wedding or 14 days before your
party.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
At Vamos Paella our cancellation policy is 12
weeks or more before your event, we retain 20% of
your deposit; 4 weeks before your event we retain
50% deposit & 5 days before your event 100%
deposit is non refundable.
