• The Backbone of Flux Cored Wire Manufacturing Steel strips serve as the primary structural shell that encases 
the flux core in flux cored wire production. The integrity, purity, and dimensional accuracy of the strip directly 
determine the performance and reliability of the finished welding wire.
• Three-Grade Portfolio - D, DD & EDD Jayesh Group supplies strips in Drawing (D), Deep Drawing (DD), and Extra 
Deep Drawing (EDD) grades - each engineered for a specific level of formability and ductility. This range ensures 
the strip can be precisely formed and seam-closed during high-speed wire drawing without cracking or 
deformation.
• Precision Dimensions for High-Speed Production Lines Strips are available in thickness of 0.25-1.00 mm and 
width of 5-55 mm, with coil IDs of 300/400 mm, ODs of 650/700 mm, and coil weights of 0.80-1.50 MT. These 
tightly controlled dimensions are engineered to run seamlessly on automated flux cored wire manufacturing 
equipment with minimal downtime.
• Coil Configuration Built for Continuous Operations With a standardized coil width of 250 mm and coil weights up 
to 1.50 MT, each coil is optimized for uninterrupted production runs. Fewer coil changeovers mean higher 
throughput, reduced wastage, and lower operational cost per unit of wire produced.
