Swing Bed Services

Swing Bed Program As we age, there may be a 
need for an extended stay at a hospital facility. 
Once a patient is in an acute setting and they 
are in need of skilled services and have 
qualifying needs that the hospital can focus on 
to get the patient back to a prior level of 
functioning, the patient then becomes qualified 
for skilled nursing services.
