About Us
At QT VanWerks, we are van conversion and 
servicing specialist in the UK. We specialise in full 
Campervan, Kombi, and Day-Van conversions.
We are based in Cambridgeshire and we service 
the whole of the UK.
Perfect Van Insulation & Lining Services
We offer perfect van insulation and lining 
services in the UK. Our van conversions come 
with full sound deadening - sound deadening 
under the cab floor and on the roof. We don’t cut 
corners - this is what sets us apart.
7mm Thick Thermal Barrier
We apply the first layer of thermal van insulation 
once the deadening mat is installed. The thermal 
barrier is a 7mm thick closed cell foam with silver 
foil back supplied by Dodo Mat.
100% Recycled Plastic Thermal Insulation
We fill the cavities of the wall and door spaces 
with 100% recycled plastic thermal insulation. 
This thick layer traps the air in small pockets. It 
gives the van its main thermal protection and 
removes more road noise.
Get a Smooth Lining Finish
We install CNC cut plywood panels to the sides 
and doors. This gives us the perfect base to 
obtain a smooth lining finish. Also, it acts as an 
additional stage of noise reduction as it finishes 
off the “box” that creates the sound barrier.
