About Us
At QT VanWerks, we are van conversion and 
servicing specialist in the UK. We specialise in full 
Campervan, Kombi, and Day-Van conversions.
We are based in Cambridgeshire and we service 
the whole of the UK.
We Don’t Cut Corners
We offer complete and perfect 
van insulation service in the UK. Our van 
conversions come with full sound deadening as 
standard - sound deadening under the cab floor 
and on the roof. We don’t cut corners - this is 
what sets us apart.
7mm Thick Thermal Barrier
We apply the first layer of thermal van insulation 
once the deadening mat is installed. The thermal 
barrier is a 7mm thick closed cell foam with silver 
foil back supplied by Dodo Mat.
100% Recycled Plastic Thermal Insulation
We fill the cavities of the wall and door spaces 
with 100% recycled plastic thermal insulation. 
This thick layer traps the air in small pockets. It 
gives the van its main thermal protection and 
removes more road noise.
