Process Equipment mainly used in 
Liquid Construction Chemical Plant
Reactor / Agitator Vessel / Mixer
Agitator Vessel consists of a cylindrical shell with welded distend end at top 
and bottom either a  anged or bolted distend end depending on process 
requirements. An agitator of unique design is provided inside the vessels as per 
process/application. The agitator is a device which contains a shaft & an impeller. 
The shaft is connected to the Gear Box & the assembly is driven by motors. The 
purpose of agitator vessel can be for mixing more than one liquids, liquid + solids 
& promote chemical rection. The agitator is installed in the vessel to ensure that 
the contents in the vessel become uniform & homogenous & remain in a proper 
mixed state.
We are expert in manufacturing Batch Type Reactor for Liquid construction 
chemical manufacturing in SS 304 & SS 316 Grades. The reactors are available 
from the capacity range of 500 Liter to 15000 Liters. Reactor can be manufacture 
as per product requirement with single shaft or Twin shaft (High Speed Dispenser 
+ Anchor). All reactors are design & manufacture custom build to suit the product 
& process need.
The reactor is having di erent types of Nozzles depending on the requirement 
like Manhole, Liquid Entry, Powder Entry, Agitator Entry, Light Port, Air Vent, 
Sight / View Glass, Thermowell Port, Sample Valve port & Outlet. The speed of the 
mixing Agitator can be controlled by VFD.
The reactor is inspected for joint e  ciency, radiography, Hydrotest as per the 
good engineering practice. 
Storage Tanks
Storage tanks are required for storing the raw material of Construction Chemicals. Storage Tanks can be Designed & Manufactured 
in vertical / horizontal models as per customer’s requirement. Top & bottom can be conical or spherical. Sturdy attractive legs 
with adjustable ball feet’s. Normally the MOC of contact parts are SS 304 or PP + FRP. The tank thickness is dependent on the 
capacity & design of tank. All non-contact parts are mild steel. The sti ener of the tanks is Mild Steel. Tanks are with accessories 
like ladder & top railing. 
The Storage Tank is having di erent types of Nozzles depending on the requirement like Top Manhole, Side Manhole, Liquid 
Entry, Air Vent, Sample Valve port, Drain Vent, Port for High & Low Level Sensor & Outlet. The Storage tank is inspected for joint 
e  ciency, radiography, Hydrotest as per the good engineering practice.
