The Government of India launched Start Up India Scheme and under it has floated several incentives and benefits related to tax, eased labour law compliances for Start Ups in India. To avail these incentives and benefits, it is mandatory to be registered as a Start Up in India. Hence, Start-Up Registration India is a mandatory process to avail even the IPR benefits like discounted trademark and patent filing costs. POSH Law India i.e. Prevention of Sexual Harassment has emerged as an intrinsic element for any organization and the law makes it mandatory for an organization to follow POSH law and also establish an ICC i.e. Internal Complaint Committee.
