                     Shiv Raj KYRP — Building the Operating System for Elected Officials
Shiv Raj is the founder and CEO of KYRP, a GovTech company built specifically for Canadian elected 
officials and their constituency offices.
The premise behind KYRP is straightforward. Elected officials are responsible for serving thousands 
of constituents, while their offices manage complex casework, track local issues, coordinate with 
ministries, and maintain institutional knowledge across staff transitions and election cycles. Most 
still rely on tools that were never designed for this environment.
KYRP was built to address that gap. It centralizes constituent management, automates workflows, 
ensures data compliance, and preserves institutional knowledge — all within a platform tailored to 
the realities of Canadian political offices.
From 2018 to 2023, Shiv Raj worked in the Office of the Premier of Ontario, managing operations at 
the highest level of provincial government. Prior to that, he spent four years in the Office of the 
Prime Minister of Canada. He completed his Executive MBA at Ivey Business School at Western 
University in 2023.
KYRP is the result of that firsthand experience — a system built by someone who has operated inside 
government and understands how these offices actually function.
