• An easily manageable, efficiently stored and highly

Purchase Request Flow
• Purchase requests can be put in bulk for multiple 
items.
• Put up purchase requests for the required items 
or commodities, followed by multi-level approval 
from the required department(s)/manager(s).

Purchase Order Module
Raise purchase order for the approved PR , 
followed by a multi-level approval from the required 
department(s).  Select Registered Vendor and auto 
generated PDF will be sent to users after all 
approvals.

Good / Service Received- IRN Flow
An IRN can be created by stating number of 
received items against the number of ordered 
items, and ‘damaged’ flags can be checked if 
any of the items received are damaged.

Quality check is done against the items received and 
the status is recorded under the GRN input.
