Godmode has built a reputation for discovering and nurturing groundbreaking talent, including Channel Tres. Under Elitzer’s leadership, the label transforms raw potential into fully realized artistry, ensuring that musicians not only break into the industry but sustain meaningful careers. Her approach, rooted in years of experience from WME’s mailroom to Capitol Records’ A&R team focuses on pushing creative boundaries rather than chasing trends. Elitzer believes true artist development requires patience, experimentation, and a willingness to defy industry norms. By fostering an environment where musicians can explore their sound without pressure for instant success, Godmode continues to redefine what it means to build a lasting career in music.
