The Laser tag San Dimas policy for rescheduling due to severe weather is as follows: If the reservation cannot operate due to severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms, aggressive rain/snow/ice/wind, the security deposit amount will be credited to the event planner for rescheduling of the event or any other service offered by the arena. The credit is valid for 60 days and must be applied to a reservation or used within 60 days from the date of the original event. XP MOBILE LASER TAG CALL OF DUTY LASER TAG WHAT IS THE RESCHEDULING POLICY FOR RESERVATIONS AT A LASER TAG ARENA? • A CALL OF DUTY LASER TAG ARENA ALLOWS RESERVATIONS TO BE RESCHEDULED WITHOUT PENALTY UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION DATE. RESCHEDULING WITH LESS THAN 7 DAYS BUT MORE THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT, BUT THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT WILL BE CREDITED WITH NO CASH VALUE TO THE RESCHEDULED DATE. THIS CREDIT MUST BE APPLIED TO A RESERVATION OR USED WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE ORIGINAL EVENT. RESERVATIONS RESCHEDULED WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND AND NO CREDIT OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
