Type of Court Marriage: - > MARRIAGE WHEN BOTH PARTIES ARE THE SAME CASTE: - For getting married between two parties, both girl and boy must be of the same caste. Total Time Taken for the Entire Process of Court Marriage: - The entire process takes a maximum of 60 days from the start of the notice. It provided that if no objection comes up within 30 days from the date of publication of the notice. If there is any objection in the marriage, then the marriage officer is given a maximum of 30 days to investigate. An appeal can be made to the District Court within 30 days of the date of the decision by the Marriage Officer after the Marriage Officer has raised objections.
