Amira Nature Foods Ltd. and its subsidiaries source, process, manufacture, and sell

the company went on to acquire Basmati Rice GmBH- a Germany-based basmati rice
distributor, in December 2013. Further, Chanana also led the company to its partnership
with Snapdeal by way of which it could sell its basmati rice online. Chanana has also been
instrumental in Amira's tie-up expansions with retail networks such as Costco and Whole
Foods Market in the US in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
