Hitachi Aircon's air cooled industrial chillers are designed to

Working of Air Cooled Industrial Chillers
Compressor: Compresses refrigerant gas, increasing its temperature and 
 pressure.
Condenser: Cools hot, high-pressure refrigerant gas, causing it to condense into 
 a liquid.
Expansion valve: Expands liquid refrigerant to a lower pressure, causing it to 
 evaporate and absorb heat from the surrounding environment.
Evaporator: Cools liquid coolant using cold, low-pressure refrigerant gas.
Heat exchanger: Transfers heat from the liquid coolant to the desired process or 
 environment.
The refrigerant gas then flows back to the compressor to begin the cycle again
