The customer engagement model is a strategy in which the customer interacts with both the product and the company. When a customer interacts with the business, they receive assistance and support as needed. An engaged customer is one who feels emotionally connected to a brand. Once this connection is established, the customer will become devoted to that brand and its products or services. If a company is not engaged with its customers and meeting their needs, new competitors can enter the market.
