Maintenance 
Plans
Our maintenance plans are designed to protect your health, home and 
family by preventing equipment malfunctions and breakdowns. Based 
on your plan, our licensed, TSSA-certified, fully insured and WSIB 
covered technicians will inspect your HVAC equipment (time intervals) to 
identify and fix any potential problems, including carbon monoxide leaks 
and worn-out or faulty materials
Heating Preventive 
maintenance Plan
Our Maintenance Plan provides an 
annual maintenance visit for one 
Heating Unit (Heating Unit = gas 
furnace, tankless water heater in 
either natural gas or propane), 
including a safety test for carbon 
monoxide, if applicable.  Click

Cooling 
Preventative 
Maintenance Plan
Our Maintenance Plan includes an 
annual maintenance visit for one 
cooling Unit. Cooling Maintenance 
can only be completed when the 
ambient temperature is above 18 
degrees Celsius. As a result, we 
recommend you book during the 
months listed below.
Ductless Air Conditioners 
& Heat Pumps
Ductless air conditioners and heat pumps 
offer installation versatility. Ductless heat 
pumps are capable of heating at over 75% 
capacity in ambient temperatures as low as 
-25C. Synonymous with efficiency (due 
mainly to their ductless design), ductless 
eliminates the issue of efficiency losses as 
much as 25% associated with duct 
utilization.
