Why Does the Error Occur During QB
Migration?
After migrating customer transactions to QuickBooks Desktop, several
issues can lead to transactions not appearing:
1. Errors or problems during migration can result in incomplete or missing
transaction data in QuickBooks Desktop.
2. If data fields from the previous system aren't mapped correctly to
QuickBooks Desktop, transactions may be assigned to the wrong
accounts or not imported.
3. Transactions might be in QuickBooks Desktop but not visible due to
incorrect filters or settings. Review transaction list filters to ensure all
transactions are displayed.
4. Migration process errors can lead to data corruption and missing
transactions. In such cases, restoring a pre-migration backup and
reattempting the migration may be necessary.
