Our suspicions were reinforced by the photographs we received. No adjustments or enhancements were visible; the image appeared exactly as it did in the original. They refused to cooperate when we made an effort to get in touch with them and fix the problem. Their retouches are totally unqualified to provide this kind of service. They neglected to cover up issue spots that draw attention and detract from the frame. Also lacking is color correcting. By adding a magenta tinge, they made the image even worse. We have the sense that their retouches are really ineffective and lazy. They put the broken pieces back together but didn't fix any other imperfections like scratches or grime.
