 career as the National Director of  
Sales in 1999 as he became  
disheartened by the lack of other  
minorities in the technology field.
Seeking systemic changes to level 
 the playing field, he created 
Unity  Care Group in 1993, Inc. to 
address  the inadequately met 
needs of  foster youth.

ATE André V. Chapman began his career as a  
sales associate and worked his way into a  
position as the National Director of Sales 
for  a tech firm in Silicon Valley. During his  
career in the tech industry, he founded Unity 
 Care Group, Inc. which would change his  
focus and professional mission. He continues 
 to spearhead efforts to create access and  
opportunities for foster youth and other  
underserved populations. He is a community 
 leader in San Jose, California.

the  American Leadership Forum. He 
founded  Unity Care Group, Inc. over 28
