Arizona State Radio and News, Students from Arizona State University can be involved in 
radio and television production in a variety of ways. The station runs a website, social 
media pages, and hosts a wide range of broadcast shows. In addition, the promotions 
team uses traditional and modern methods to promote its events and shows. The sports 
department provides exclusive radio play-by-play coverage of ASU athletic events. Music 
students enjoy opportunities to interview artists. The program also runs podcasts and 
maintains a website. ASU's Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication 
houses a number of media organizations, including the radio station. 
  
ASU's Cronkite School hosts four broadcast channels and several digital platforms. It also 
hosts the Howard Center for Investigative Journalism and the Reynolds Center for 
Business Journalism. The school also has a Knight Center for Digital Media 
Entrepreneurship and a global reporting club. The radio station broadcasts stories from a 
wide range of sources and connects students with professionals who have worked in 
various fields around the world. The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass 
Communication offers graduate and undergraduate journalism programs. The program 
was named for veteran broadcast journalist Walter Cronkite.
