However, come summer, swarms of visitors flock to Atlantic Canada to take advantage of the warm weather, artsy beach towns, and freshest seafood you can find. For local communities, small businesses, and restaurants, this influx of tourists fuels a huge portion of annual revenue. And this seasonal peak is not the time for a critical kitchen appliance to break down.
