QUICK CHANGE SANDING DISC
Quick Change Sanding Discs are commonly used in the applications of 
leveling, finishing, grinding, deburring, and mixing. Thanks to their twist-on-
and-off attaching systems, they remove the need for installation equipment, 
allowing for a fast disc change and optimizing efficiency by minimizing 
downtime. Quick Change Sanding Discs works with the right angle 
grinders. Usually, these grinders are operated by air, but they can also be 
portable electric grinders.

discs provide excellent grinding, deburring, and blending 
versatility. This tool-free nature of attachments lets disc 
modifications work quickly to increase productivity and minimize

Sanding Discs not only minimize grinding time, but also reduce 
costs, and prevent premature wear by choosing the correct 
abrasive material for your surface. For example, aluminum oxide is 
a great all-around abrasive material, while diamond is used on 
particular materials such as ceramic.

SANDING DISCS
1. Adhesive-Backed/PSA Discs are Used for mixing, finishing, and 
polishing, also suitable for contoured surfaces. The PSA Discs are 
heat resistant and are made with a flexible adhesive backing that is 
easy to mount or remove from the backing pad.
2. Fiber Discs are used for stock removal, grinding, mixing, and weld 
dressing. They are built and resistant to tearing and loading with a fiber 
backing. For mounting on the sander or grinder, a backing pad with a 
retainer nut, adhesive, or clamp is required.
3. Flap Discs are used for stock removal, grinding, blending, deburring, 
finishing, and polishing. They are constructed with layered flaps 
mounted on a rigid backing. Flap discs mount directly on the sander or 
grinder with a through-hole or threaded hub.
4. Hook and Loop Discs are used for mixing, deburring, and finishing. 
They are equipped with a system of fastening that allows the hooks of a 
backing pad to be connected to the abrasive disc loops. This provides a 
stable hold and makes quick removal possible.
5.Slotted Overlap Discs are used for mixing, deburring, and finishing. 
They are composed of layered slots that contract to match a workpiece's 
internal diameter. They are installed for use with most drill chucks on a 
threaded mandrel.
