Billy Jensen was friends with Michelle McNamara, author of I’ll Be Gone in the Dark. After her sudden death, he contributed to the completion of the book. He authored Chase Darkness with Me: How One True Crime Writer Started Solving Murders, which would become a New York Times bestseller Mr. Jensen has hosted television shows for Warner Bros. and Discovery+, and he has been featured on a number of podcasts.
