About Us
➢ When Brian Van Roekel was a teenager, he spent his 
evenings, after school, Saturdays, and summer holidays 
working as a carpenter’s helper.
➢ Over the years, as his passion for construction sparked 
and continued to grow, Brian became certified as a 
journeyman carpenter. 
➢ He has been a member of New Home Warranty 
companies since the early 90’s.
➢ Brian’s passion lies in every aspect of the building process 
and he enjoys helping make peoples' dreams become a 
reality. 
➢ Currently working on his Master Builder Accreditation
