Titanium Grade 2 Round Bar is been recognized across the world due to its high material strength 
and low weight with moderate strength and excellent corrosion resistance and formability, 
represents the most widely used form of titanium. They are pure alpha titanium round bar. In Grade 
2 Titanium Hex Bar most applications it is typically alloyed with 6% of aluminum and 4% of 
vanadium. They are typically available in the annealed condition and is readily heat treatable to 
increase strength, for a wide range of applications. 
Grade 2 Titanium Rod properties are versatile in regard to its applications. They are slightly weaker 
than grade 3 and stronger than grade 2. Titanium Grade 2 B348 Bar is fully resistant to corrosion at 
temperatures up to 300°C in seawater, also used to manufacture heat exchangers and cryogenic 
vessels. They are highly resistant to chemical environments including oxidizing media, alkaline 
media, aqueous salt solutions organic acids, and compounds, and hot gases.
