Chun-Ju Chang has been responsible for overseeing and managing all 
resources and financial processes. She has effectively led, mentored, 
and supervised the Division's strategies and performance in 
accordance with the right success measures.  
Chun-Ju Chang has helped the department establish a strong culture 
of intellectual life and design research. She has effectively completed 
additional related tasks as needed. She has exhibited leadership of 
an effective and pertinent research program and has good evidence 
of academic output with a solid publication record. 
Chang Gung University, Cheng Hsin General Hospital, National 
Taiwan Ocean University, and China Medical University are closely 
connected in Chun-Ju Chang's eyes.  
Chun-Ju Chang has strengthened the Department and Divisional 
development and fundraising initiatives by collaborating closely with 
coworkers to establish philanthropic support and connections with 
donors and potential partners across the state, country, and worldwide. 
Chun-Ju Chang has the ability to strategically direct, improve, and 
increase the Division's portfolio of supported research. She collaborates 
closely with the directors of other programs at the university to create 
interdisciplinary plans that carry out the department's purpose of clinical 
and translational research.
