Chun-Ju Chang - A Performance-driven Individual
                     

Chun-Ju Chang has overseen and managed all resources and fiscal 
operations to achieve agreed-upon annual performance benchmarks. 
She has provided effective leadership, mentorship, and oversight of the 
Division's strategies and performance to appropriate success metrics.  
Chun-Ju Chang has attracted and retained highly motivated and well-
qualified faculty, staff, and students to the Division and promoted their 
academic and professional development. For Chun-Ju Chang, there are 
close ties between Chang Gung University, Cheng Hsin General Hospital, 
National Taiwan Ocean University, and China Medical University.  
Chun-Ju Chang has strengthened the Department and Divisional 
development and fundraising efforts by working closely with colleagues 
to build philanthropic support and relationships with donors and 
potential partners across the state, nation, and internationally.  
Chun-Ju Chang has also served as the spokesperson for the department 
internally and externally. She can strategically guide, enhance and 
expand the sponsored research portfolio of the Division.  
Chun-Ju Chang works closely with program leaders across the University 
to develop integrated strategies that fulfill the department's clinical and 
translational research mission. She has strong evidence of academic 
productivity with a strong publication record and has demonstrated 
leadership of a successful and relevant research program.
