work done by Silas we were so impressed we hired him 
and were so glad we did. He repaired cleaned and stained 
the grout at a fraction of the cost that it would have cost 
to replace our tiles. They looked brand new and we 
couldn’t be happier. Also, we messed up one of the tiles 
he fixed by walking on it too soon and he happily came 
back to fix it at no charge. I highly recommend his

courteous and funny .I feel like I have a new friend .He 
knows what he’s doing and he is good at it .I had the grout 
in my bathroom repaired and cleaned and cleaned and 
sealed my kitchen hall and half bath .He can even mix the 
sealer to any colour you wish .It is to your advantage to 
have the sealer coloured as it makes the job look perfect .I 
am so pleased with the work he did I am showing and
