Dear Mr. Rob, 
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice that we are facing issues with the recently purchased 
laptops from your company against the invoice no. 7894 dated April 10th, 2022. The laptops that have 
been sent have not been installed with Windows 10 and do not even include Microsoft Office. 
Moreover, the RAM that was ordered was 8GB and the laptops are fitted with 4GB RAM. 
It looks like that the specifications that were mentioned while ordering has not been kept in mind. For 
your reference, I have included the copy of the order that was placed with your company along with the 
invoice copy that includes the specifications that have been sent to you. 
I request you to kindly look into the matter and have the specifications corrected for the laptops so that 
our employees can resume their work. 
I hope that you will address the issue at the earliest.
