When distilling our first batch of gin, 
we were still waiting on some of the 
botanicals to arrive. Like any good 
Texian, we got a bit impatient, eager 
for some good hooch, and decided 
to try distilling with the botanicals 
we had so far. What we produced 
was perfectly unique; 
happenstance; a fortunate accident 
- our lucky star.
