meets with you, reviews school reports, and — if needed — observes your child in class or through therapy. 
2. Matching & planning - Once we understand your child’s profile, we match an experienced shadow support teacher to your child. 
Together with you and the classroom teacher, we develop a plan that may include:
in-class assistance during lessons
support with transitions, routines and social interactions
reinforcement of therapy goals within the school setting
3. In-class support - The shadow teacher works side-by-side with your child in mainstream lessons, helping with focus,
