1. Limit Switch
The limit switch shuts off the
burner when the temperature
exceeds a preset temperature.
When the temperature reduces to
normal, the burner will come back
on. The most common reason for
limits to open is a plugged filter or a
dirty blower wheel.

2. Run Capacitor
At higher temperatures and higher
voltage, the capacitors will fail more
quickly. The temperature can be
influenced by dust and debris
(insulating the capacitor) in the
compressor unit. Electrolytic
capacitors are more sensitive to
temperature and have a propensity
to expand, causing premature
failure.

3. Circuit Board
Environmental Factors: Exposure to
heat, dust and moisture, accidental
impact (drops and falls), and power
overloads/surges can be causes of
circuit board failure. However, the
most damaging cause of premature
circuit board failure is electrostatic
discharge (ESD) at the assembly
stage.

Cowan Air
Air conditioning is an important service for any
industrial building. Industrial establishments are
labour intensive. These, therefore, house a
number of workers on a regular basis, for most
of their day. Since these workers dedicate their
lives to the industry, they are owed the highest
safety and comfort standards. An industrial air
conditioning service is thus a major requirement.
