Accounts, also known as COA, is most 
suggested and this feature can be 
accessed only after you log in to your 
QuickBooks account. Take a look below to

• Log in to your QuickBooks account
• Select “Chart of Accounts”
• Next, select “File”
• Then, select “Close Company”
• Here, hit on the dropdown and click 
“Edit”
• Now, choose the file that you no 
longer needed
