Solution 1: Restarting the System and the QBs Server
• Reboot your computer.
• Once your server has restarted, reboot the QBs
workstation.
• Next, click to open Quickbooks Desktop on the system
server.
• Finally, launch Quickbooks Desktop on every
workstation in order to complete the task.
Solution 2: Fix Company File using QuickBooks Tools Hub
• Close QuickBooks, then open the file on your computer called
“QuickBooksToolHub.exe.”
• Once it’s downloaded, save it to a convenient location and open the
file.
• Follow the instructions in the window that appears to install it.
• Once installation is finished, you can find the icon to run the software
on your desktop.
