• Choose Scan tab
Solution 2- Check host mode on the user 
systems:
• Open the computer
• Locate QuickBooks File menu
• Click utility option
• If you discover Host Multi-User Access on the list
• Choose different system
• Hit on the option named Stop Hosting Multi-User Access on the list
• Select and then turn off to enable single-user mode
• If the hosting mode is disabled on the user computers then verify if the error has
