How to prepare for filing QuickBooks 1099-INT?
Printing and e-filing your 1099-INT is a quick and easy process that can
be completed in just a few minutes. Here’s how to do it:
• Go to the Reports menu and select Vendors Payables.
• Select the Print/E-File 1099-INT Forms option.
• Select the vendors you want to include on your 1099-INT form and
click OK.
• Select the account you want to use for printing or e-filing and click
OK.
• Enter the date range for the payments you want to include on your
1099-INT form and click OK.
• Review the information on the Summary page and make any
necessary changes. When you’re finished, click Print or E-File at the
bottom of the page.

• In order to print and e-file your QuickBooks 1099-INT, you
will need to first make sure that you have updated your
QuickBooks software to the latest version. Once you have
done this, you should then open the QuickBooks software
and navigate to the “Forms” menu. From here, select the
“1099” form and then click on the “Print” button.
• You will then be prompted to select a printer. Make sure
that you select a printer that is capable of printing on both
sides of the paper. Once you have done this, click on the
“OK” button and then wait for the 1099-INT form to print.
• Once the form has printed, you will then need to sign it and
date it. After you have done this, you can then fax or mail it
to the IRS.
