 An accomplished leader and seasoned 
professional, Chief Executive Officer Dan Izhaky 
defines UST’s strategic objectives, outlines its 
policies, and implements the framework required 
to reach its goals. He brings to the company 30 
years of leadership in finance, communication, 
research, and analytics. Dan oversees all aspects 
of UST business, with a honed focus on setting the 
strategic direction, developing key partnerships, 
and positioning the organization for future growth.
 Educated at Vassar, Dan began his career 
on Wall Street, where he worked for two 
decades as a trader and served as Vice 
President of Morgan Stanley’s Institutional 
Equity Division. He has since founded 
multiple companies, including Tribeca Tech 
Solutions, which, three years after its 
formation, achieved a ranking of 511 on 
the Inc. 5,000 list. Dan founded UST in 
2020 to increase the production of critical 
personal protective equipment within the 
United States. With creative big-picture 
vision and keen micro-adjustments, he’s 
guiding UST into its future.

 Daniel Izhaky began his career on Wall Street, 
where he worked for 20 years as a trader and 
operated as Vice President of Morgan Stanley’s 
Institutional Equity Division. He worked for 
Morgan Stanley for more than 5 years from 
June 1998 - October 2003. At Morgan Stanley, 
Dan Worked on the Program Trading Desk as 
both an Agency And Principal Trader. Traded 
Firm Risk as well as customer portfolios. 
Handled complex trades such as Blind Risk 
Bids, Risk EFP, and Index Add/Deletes. Was 
involved in multiple Russel rebalance trades. 
Also was an institutional Sales trader on the 
electronic execution/program trading desk. 
 Dan Izhaky was also the founder and CEO 
of Tribeca Tech Solutions. Tribeca Tech 
Solutions is a specialist in IT Managed 
Services & Consultancy to the Alternative 
Investment Industry from our offices in 
London, New York, Hong Kong, and Dublin. 
Under the leadership of Daniel Izhaky, the 
company managed to achieve a ranking of 
511 on the Inc. 5,000 List that too three 
years of its formation. He was in command 
from August 2003 to June 2010.
