• An accomplished leader and seasoned professional, Chief 
Executive Officer Dan Izhaky defines UST’s strategic objectives, 
outlines its policies, and implements the framework required to 
reach its goals. He brings to the company 30 years of leadership 
in finance, communication, research, and analytics. Dan 
oversees all aspects of UST business, with a honed focus on 
setting the strategic direction, developing key partnerships, and 
positioning the organization for future growth.
• Educated at Vassar, Dan Izhaky began his career on Wall 
Street, where he worked for two decades as a trader and served 
as Vice President of Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity 
Division. He has since founded multiple companies, including 
Tribeca Tech Solutions, which, three years after its formation, 
achieved a ranking of 511 on the Inc. 5,000 list. Dan founded 
UST in 2020 to increase the production of critical personal 
protective equipment within the United States. With creative big-
picture vision and keen micro-adjustments, he’s guiding UST 
into its future.
